American Mulch & More (originally Hollybrook Mulch) was started by J.E. Bolt in the early 1970s. After his retirement in 1997, his son: Dan Bolt purchased the organization continuing the 2nd generation family owned business and has steadily increased the growth and size of the company that has been serving New River Valley and South West Virginia for over 40 years.
We are located in Christiansburg, VA, so stop by and see the products we carry in person, as well as, pick up any tools and/or supplies you need to complete your landscaping project. We are excited to announce a newest addition to our business, which is our new gift and gear store in Christiansburg. Now our customers can now find the tools necessary to complete their landscape projects, in addition to the landscape supplies we have always supplied.

In addition we stock an extensive selection of decorative stone and stone aggregate. We offer sifted topsoil & compost that has been VT tested along with seasoned firewood.
